As a testament to their unique value and our investment in their creation, these products are sold "as is."

Given the significant intellectual effort and resources invested in these courses, the purchase price of our AI automations is generally non-refundable. We stand by the quality and uniqueness of our products, which are tailored to provide substantial value to our customers in their business AI applications.

However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. Therefore, a 50% refund may be available under certain specific conditions. These conditions include non-accessibility of courses or major discrepancies between the services provided and those advertised. It is important to understand that eligibility for such a refund is determined at our sole discretion.

To initiate a refund request, you are required to submit a formal request to [email protected]. This request must include a detailed explanation of the issue encountered. We will review each case individually to determine if it meets our criteria for a refund.

Please note that refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
